Manufacturing network

Packaging is the final station in the product manufacturing chain.

PackClarity connects finished products, fabricated metal assemblies, molded parts and launch-ready SKUs to packaging structure, artwork review, MOQ planning, samples and export packing. FormReady Design, Axmetra, ToolingPilot, MoldRoute and PackClarity are operated by the same team as one manufacturing-support network, each covering a different stage of hardware development.

Station map

One chain with five focused entry points

Use the station that matches your project decision instead of forcing every inquiry into one form.

1. Design

FormReady Design

Use this station when the product idea, industrial design, prototype route or manufacturing-readiness package is still changing.

2. Sheet metal

Axmetra

Use this station when metal enclosures, brackets, panels, chassis or fabricated assemblies need quote and inspection review before packing.

3. Mold

ToolingPilot

Use this station when plastic parts need mold design, DFM review, mold manufacturing, T1 sample control or export mold handoff.

4. Molding

MoldRoute

Use this station when molded parts need injection molding production, material review, quality documentation or repeat supply.

5. Packaging

PackClarity

Use this station when products need retail packaging, inserts, labels, manuals, cartons or packaging supplier-side quote review.

Packaging handoff

What should arrive before a packaging quote

A packaging project moves faster when product dimensions, sales channel and previous manufacturing decisions are already clear.

Inputs

Finished product context

Product size, weight, fragility, sales channel, target country and whether the pack is for retail, ecommerce or shipping.

Metal parts

Metal assembly status

If the item is a fabricated enclosure, bracket set or chassis, clarify whether Axmetra or another metal supplier has finalized dimensions.

Plastic parts

Molded part status

If caps, closures, trays or plastic inserts are involved, clarify whether the mold and T1 samples are already approved.

Artwork

Artwork readiness

Dieline, logo, label rules, barcode, claims, language and packaging compliance notes can be checked before sampling.

When to move backward

Some packaging requests need earlier stations first

If the product itself is not ready, the next useful step may be design, sheet metal, mold or injection molding review before packaging sampling.
